Just remember kids, it's not the gun that makes the player, it's the amount of skill. You can spend $1500 on a Systema... or $270 on a Marui, and kick the same amount of ass. Tactics makes a huge difference, no matter what you're packing.

Psychosis nailed it right on the head! A player with great tactics and skill SHOULD be able to kill a Systema-wielding-noob with anything (Well, to a certain extent that is. Like if the noob has a drum mag and finds the veteran... not even chuck norris's beard could keep up with that stream of plastic... )

(Well, to a certain extent that is. Like if the noob has a drum mag and finds the veteran... not even chuck norris's beard could keep up with that stream of plastic... ) Jack Bauer could. He'd just tell the BB's to stop. Wish I could have made it, budget concerns are weighing down on me at the moment.

I had a great time at the first game of the season. I want to give a few people some special thanks. First and foremost are Junior and Little Bear for running another kickass game. They held it together really well, considering how many players showed up and how inexperienced about half of them were.
Skypilot, I had a great time hanging out with you all day. Our lunch time clean up with DirtyDan was amazing. It's funny how easy it is to get kills when nobody on the field knows you're coming. I would have shot at us a lot more if I had been in their place. But whatever, we got to kick some ass.
Oakey and Psychosis, as always, it was fun teaming up with you and making the plays. I wish our little parlay towards the middle of the day would have worked out better, but alas, that game went to shit anyway. Oakey, I have no idea how you get everything so muddy. I actually found mud in the valvegas route packing of the mag of the M9 you were using. It baffles my mind how that happens when you only go through the house, and never even take a knee. I'm not pissed or anything, just really really confused about the physics of it.
Wild Gunman, my favorite game was the one in which we cleaned up at the end. You played it perfectly (everybody else, look for the story below). I'm really glad you came out and we had the chance to meet, because as you know, it totally changed my opinion of you. You were one of the most responsible players on the field, new or experienced, and you played a damn good game. I'll be happy to have you covering my six anytime. Just watch that trigger disciplin in the staging area.
It seems that once every game day at Wixom, I have one game in which I kill everybody on the opposing team, almost singlehandedly. This time, Wild Gunman played a huge role in my killing spree. We split the teams up evenly, about 12 or 14 on a side. My team took the left path (as facing the house) and the tangos took the right path. On go, we were to meet somewhere in the middle. Most of my team was wipped out pretty fast as Gunman and I wandered around trying to stay alive. When everybody but us had been killed, we decided that it was about time to go on the offensive.
We had made our way back about to where the left path is intersected by the cross-path at the middle of the field. Gunman wanted to swing down towards the house and around, but I thought it would be a better idea to go high back towards the lake and take them from that side. So, we did both. He swung low while I drew their fire and moved high. The entirety of the opposing team turned towards me when I started firing at them and moving toward the lake at what's best described as a hurried paced. Gunman sprinted around behind all of them and took out their sniper and at least one or two more tangos before making it into the west side doorway of the house.
When he made those kills the entirely of the opposing team turned to face him, which allowed me to move in behind them unopposed. While Gunman held their attention, I stalked from bunker to bunker, killing everybody left on the field with a quick double tap. I don't know how many guys we took down, so I'm just going to call the final count, "a lot."

Knief, I think the mag with mud in it, was the one that I didn't catch.
