Is the cap actually going to enforced this time? just out of curiosity. It was fine last time it didn't seem as crwoded as blood dynasty was.

I'm meeting with greyfox tomorrow. currently the cap is being discussed. Meltdown had approx 125 I beleive and the field size was perfect. And due to the fact of people signing up and not showning, I don't it'll be enforced unless we require prepay before the event.
However, the cap and how to enforce it is up to Greyfox. I just write the scenario's, and I can't blame anyone for wanting to show up. This is going to be one hell of an event.
UPDATE:
Please note page1 uniform details. US Military Black is no longer authorized for this event. In game characters will be wearing black.

I'd assume that's the reason, Ehlers..  From what I understand of the characters wearing black will make the scenario a little cooler. |
