first off i would like to make some sort of place to play cqb at when its cold out or whenever. my dad is the owner of this building in farmington MI the address is 31505 grand river ave. some of you may be familier with it due to the fact that we have been running a haunted house there now for 19 years called the haunted winery. you can go to our website which is www.thehauntedwinery.com to see what its all about. we have alot of experience with large groups of people so im sure we can handle a small-big opperation. ... My dad has thought about letting me build a cqb place for public use this winter. this building is very big 6 floors tall. i cant use the whole thing because we use part of the building for offices and i dont think our tenants would be happy if we were shooting up there offices but i can make a pretty descent place to have a war. because our building is historic there would be no problem with people walking around in camo.etc we are siting on plenty of private land so i do have about 40 parking spots to use behind and on one side of our building. i would have to make a field fee for playing but it wont be much. also the rules will be the same as any other field 350.9 fps or less, etc. im guessing that i can easily be able to have 20-50 players at each opp. if you like this idea or are concerned you should help by leaveing comments or suggestions so i can make this happen

I drive by that place all the time since it's just 5 minutes from my house and every time I see it I always say to myself that it would be a great place to play airsoft. I really hope this goes through.

Sounds good, lets see where this goes. I am sure a mod will do any questioning needed to make this plan a good time.

Thats pretty cool man. Your lucky that you basically have your own personal building to experiment with. This is probably a dumb question but it is heated? right?

Use the MOA field waiver, the thing is pretty airtight. Go talk to Op-Doc about it.
