New Field: @ DSC in Utica (Building Idea's Please)

Chaseman and I, have been throwing ideas around, he mentioned another group was holding a few CQB's at the local gun club in the archery range, the archery range features many tree's and various terrains or hills, plains, and blind shooting towers. Fortunately for me my girlfriend's father is on the board of directors at the Detroit's Sportsman's Congress located at like 23 miles and Dequindre. The price would be $15 a head, I'm looking into if we must have biodegradable or not. I'd like to see what kind of interest is out there before looking into it anymore. Also the $15 buck will include parking, game, staging area, and indoor banquet room for heat and electricity (which is 5 feet from the field), and anything else we need. Food will not be included in the price, but may be purchase in the club house/banquet room (the prices are very reasonable and the food is made fresh).

CQB but trees and various hills? Is it indoors or just a tightly packed outdoors?

I most definetly would play there as its in my neck of the woods, but the winter months are my hibernation time. Unless it is indoors of course

No, this would be outdoors, I'll have to get a few pictures. I know they have some on their website but they do not justify the geographic feature's of the range, just merely a few shot's with members using the blinds.

New news, the owners are going to come out to an event locally and see what happen's. They are in the process of aquiring more land and are now thinking of putting in a airsoft field with a city. I'll keep you updated, I have a presentation on Wednesday to give to them.

I could more than likely grab a few guys from my team and play a game there. Most of them live within a 15 minute drive of there, I would be the furthest away so it wouldn't be too hard to do some convincing. Hopefully you get a date for the event soon.

Looks like we have a go on the archery field, a few resitrictions though. For the archery field we have to use biogradables, they will have them for sale there at cost (they're going to buy the good one's they have been talking about at MIA). As for the field they are going to build, we can used whatever, the field is going to take some time to build. If everyone can agree to use biogradeables, I will get the letter from the owner and send it to the moderators and start planning a date. What do you all say?
