one more thing i just noticed, after he got hit, u think the camera man would scream. But no he just stood there, acting like it would be just a commercial. not if hes a good cam man he would do exactly what he did. matt: Heres the best way to tell this is fake. The car dosn't even hit HIM, it hits the bench next to him. think about it matt if the car hits the bench and the bench is wood, which would act like a lever, and hes at one end and the other end gets forced down very fast..... instant catapult= man flying lol (not bein a smartass which im sure this sounds like)

I agree, whats the chances of that happening at a making of a commercial. And who makes commercials in public. Maybe auto commercials, but definately not MADD haha. Who says it has to be a professional ad being made? It could have just been something for a high school or college class. I know I had to make an anti-smoking ad for one of my classes. If you get flailed into the air like that, your prolly gonna be wavin all over the place haha. Also, the camera man was just reacting to the sound. Theres a good chance this could be real-deal.

This isn't a school project, it's a commercial and it's fake. The guy who get's hit by the car is a comedian who regularly appears on shitty VH-1 shows like I love the 80's. I can't find his name because about 100 people appear on shitt VH-1 shows like I love the 80's. You want more evidence? While in the air, his body doesn't change shape, it just rotates perfectly along two axes. Thus, it's CGI that George Lucas would be proud of. In the kind of rotation that he was in, and especially after being hit by a car, you're not going to keep your arms and legs tucked continually in the position in which he had his tucked. If it were real, he would have been knocked unconcious by the sheer acceleration and head/neck trauma, so he would have gone limp before he hit the ground, not after. Furthermore, the cameraman did not act anything like a cameraman would act if that happened. Very few people have so little empathy in them that they wouldn't rush to the aid of somebody who was just hit by a car. The cameraman didn't even take a reactionary step towards him. The camerman also didn't flinch when the car came within inches of him. There isn't a person alive who wouldn't flinch at that. Drive a car 50 mph at the queen's guards at Buckingham palace and they'll flinch too.
There is no debate here, and no chance that it's real. It simply isn't.

i get what youre sayin knief i thought it was that guy to but wasnt sure. as far as consiousness goes though its not neccesarily true he would have been knocked out i took a solid hit to the head from a baseball bat when i was like 7 or 8 and i didnt loose it although i was outta school for about 3 days and i did go to the hospitol though no stiches (it had hit the front of the skull the hardest part ) and as i said before from my expirience and what ive seen i think he "flew like a human" would i think if it was a dummy that the legs wouldnt have beed so stiff the other reason i dont think its fake is again his scream. it sounds to "guttoral" and just plain real to me (though as i said im not an expert).but for the sake of arguement the only reason i showed it was because of the first part of my post i was simply showing ironic things that happen with alcohol.although it hasnt changed my party habits lol (i dont think its cgi either it it just looks to smooth after he hits the ground and theres really no animation differance between air and ground it would be very expensive for cgi quality like that) just my opinion i am open to further discusion

And the fact that when the camera man steps all the way back when he sits on the bench, leaving enough room between him, and the bench, so that the car can hit it. Usually, if your doing a close up like that on a bench, you won't be so far away.

Sounds like Knief took physics either way I agree Also if you slow it down you can tell it is a dummy besides if it was a real drunk driver he would not have stopped just after he hit the bench.
