my friend has one of those, where you have you're ribcage coming down on you're heart. He has a HUGE dent in the center of his chest and hes eaten cereal out of it before.
So this bar spins? and pushes you're ribcage out?
My brother had his ear ripped off before and took 30 stiches to put back on, but this is pretty extreme.

Hey my dad is just getting over twisting his foot around backwards at motorcycle saftey, Then he tried to out run me on my RM250 dirtbike with a RM80, He ended up breaking his knee, Now he has a dead mans ankle and lots of steel, I bounce too good to hurt myself like he did.
