There are a lot of things wrong with this question.
First and foremost, what aspects do you want to upgrade? ROF, accuracy, velocity, externals, durability?
Second, what's "best" is up to how you plan on using it. You might want a higher velocity gun, but the best velocity for you is determined by what role you like to take when you play. If you like laying back and reaching out to touch your opponent, you probably want to go to 400 fps to get the most range out of your gun. If you'd rather get close, but feel that you need the extra punch to get through foliage or extend your range just a bit, then go to 345 so you're not restricted by an engagement limit.
Finally, "best" and "cheapest" are mutually exclusive. Pick which of the two is really your priorety and then we can help you. Do you want to do it right, or do you want to do it cheap?
