The Tachomiter is FUNCTIONAL! even all the scale switches and lights too.... I cant wait to see his GT40. I wonder why not put some servos in it so its radio controlled? You could put a mini-cam in the drivers seat so its almost like youre driving it

Hell... throw a sequential gearbox in there, 5 speed with a servo selecting the gears.

Ferrari should just award him with a real Ferrari, that would always be nice.

apparently he sold duplicated molds he made to ferrari for about 120 thousand dollars.
Right now he has made 2 PB's and is starting the other car, and has the engine for the GT40 made.
He estimated that the new car hes working on will take only a year.

This guy seems to be hardcore with details, so I wouldn't be surprised if he's doing a 427. On the other hand, quite a few companies do reproduction 1:3 scales of Chevy, Ford and Mopar engines, including blown ones. So his engine for this one is probably a lot easier to make. On topic though, I dislike exotic cars like that, with a passion. I applaud him for his effort and craftsmanship, but, he just made 1:3 scale of crap. If he were to make a functional 70 Camaro twin turbo LS7 427 (side pipes included!), then he'd be alright by me.

I had no intentions of sparking a flame war, and will not contribute to one. So no worries on that front. twin turbo LS7......in a comaro? who? why? I'll rather just PM you instead of creating a possible flame war. Again I had no intentions of sparking one, I just simply said what I thought.

American cars suck.
Renault + Peugeot + Volvo + Ferrari + Lamborghini - (Top gear broke the shift knob off... they suck) Mercedes + Voxhaul + Lotus + Subaru + (GO FUGI!) Nissan + Noble + FIAT - (Fix it again tony!) Opel + BMW + Porsche +!
Ford - GM - Chrysler - Saleen + Chevy - (3/4th of the vettes at the champcar race I went to broke within 10 laps... that shows alot)
You get the picture.
