Toothbrush posted pictures a while back of Coasties in action, and they use the baby blue ones. I really thought for a minute that it was so they could see their weapons if they dropped in water (not even realizing they'd be sinking to the bottom of the ocean/lake/whatever), but yeah like Jump said, training.
