My guess would be range finder, but if you're looking for something more specific like make and model, then I'm stumped.

looks like a camera to me. Ding! Ding! Ding! +1 to WG! It's my latest addition to my rifle, a Oregon ATC2000k Camera. Records at 640x480 30FPS. I wasn't sure where to mount it, so on top of the scope for now. It may get straped to my facemask or something. Not sure at the moment, we'll see how the gun mount works. For those unsuspecting souls... it looks wicked!

Nice. I kinda can't wait to see what kind of footage you can get with that camera. It actualy doesn't look bad at all on the rifle.

You know, I saw you say that you were going to get a camera to mount on your gun. That, and you run a video news show. I don't know why, but "camera" never even popped into my head.

That's the same camera I have, Skypilot. Works quite well for something that's less than 200.
Best thing about it is, it's water resistant.

I'm hoping the 30 frames per second will capture the BB's flying.

If it's mounted on your gun, it should show the BB's leaving the barrel without a problem. Maybe even coming at you.
I had mine attached to my helmet and it got most of the BB's even though it was snowy.
If it was on my gun, I would have gotten better footage, I think. It was pointed a tad too high to get anything good. Unfortunately, I only used mine at the Flint, Feb. game so far.
Hoping to get some better footage on the 21st.

The trick is to get the camera's focus point on a parallel path with the BB so you can see it better. Its like watching a tennis ball get thrown from behind to in front of you, much easier to track with your eyes that one that is going across your field of vision very close to you. It has to do with the amount of time the object spends in the field of vision. The more time, the easier it is to see.
