I am 2 days away from signing on a 15,000 sq/ft 4 story 13 unit apartment building in downtown toledo, If all goes well we should be up and running by mid august. Standard rates and rules will apply and we will be running all year round. We will be open 9am to 9pm Saturdays and 1pm to 9 pm Sundays and eventually from 4pm to 9pm during the week. I know it's a bit of a drive for some of you but I guarantee it will be worth it.

And just what exactly are your standard rules and rates? This place sounds like a winner for me. Toledo is a pretty short drive from Ann Arbor, so as long as the facility is nice, I'd be up for some regular appearances.

To start with the entry fee will be $20 a day on Saturday and Sundays,$10 a day during the week once I begin the weekday games.
FPS limit will be 350, Full seal goggles of course and mag limits will vary by game, I'll post more of my thoughts once I've closed the deal.
Yes, it will be an awsome place to play.....

Anyone who is interested can go to google maps. Address is 1902 Jefferson Ave, Toledo Ohio. In the floating box click on street view and you can get a 300 degree view of the building.

Well, I have the building, Its insured and we have been remodeling for the past three weeks gearing up for our first event. We still have a ways to go, we are about 60% but its looking interesting. If anyone wants to come out and see what we are doing or to help with the construction pm me as we are at the field every Saturday working from 11am to?, Bring your gear we like to work and play a little too. Also the rates for our games have changed, It will be $10 plus a donation of clothes, blankets, children's toys or non perishable canned goods.

Congratulations, Riot. You, my friend, have been the unsuspecting bearer of AWESOME news that made a little noob with a gun's day. I live right outside Toledo, and just had an argument with my parents over the long drive away to most airsoft fields, like Taylor, which is 50 miles away. Lookin' forward! Jeremy
