Recently had conversation with the owner of Futureball outdoor paintball arena, in the Pickney area. As he states for a small 5-10 dollar entry fee we can use the outdoor village areas for the weekends. The village property includes houses with basements and upstair floors as well as a variety of abandoned vehicles outside. My team an I have had practices their before and it was amazing! The only real downside is the fee…
If anyone or teams are interested in just practicing or even having operations, let me know I will continue to get permission from the owner.
Thanks, SHERIFF

What I would be most concerned about is whether or not there is pain on the walls from paintballers. If there is, count me out. Not only do I not want to be rubbing my expensive gear in the paint, but it takes away from the atmosphere a lot too. But, if they clean the walls and the obstacles and everything, then I'd check it out at least once. That is, unless somebody else here has had a bad experience with them.

The last time I had to attend that field there was no paint to be found, because it is only used for airsoft. Now, however they might have had a few paintball games since that time.
If you research there home site at http://www.futureball.com; there might be some photos of the village under the outdoor field pic's.
If you would like to get something going PM me with details etc.

Those are exactly the right pictures. For the paint issue, let me just say this:
Your going to get dirty when playing, if it happens to be paint it is water-souble and can be washed off easily. If you avoid heavily paint filled areas you won't make contact with the paint.

well if its really that big of a deal if they allow it i have a power washer. it wouldnt take long to spray it down a bit. i agree though it would suck to get paint all over yourself. plus some people gear really cant be washed i believe. i could care less really all my shits washable. and yes i am very excited about this place i cant wait to play here and i havnt even lookd at the link yet.

I am very excited too. My parents are much more inclined to let me play at places such as this. So if we get ANY games going here, I'm in.
Jack.

I say sometime during the weekend, can we go when ever we want? Or is there a time when it's open? How far is it from the indoor arena that they have? And why so many questions?

When all of you players out there are willing to get together and play then that is when will play. From my experience with Futureball Inc. we almost always played airsoft on Saturday mourning at 9:00 till 6:00PM…
However, as a warning there will probably be a small entry fee.
Also from the location of their indoor field in Livonia the outdoor field is approx: 45 minutes in the Whitmore Lake township.
And when ready let me know if planning a game or an event is in question; I am direct friends with the owner and ref’s of this particular corporation.
Thanks, SHERIFF

Will there be stupid ref's following us around. We are mature and can call our own hits. Never seen anyone directly related to SEMIA cheat.

Thanks, SHERIFF I have played in the Future Ball's Indoor field, a lot of paint EVERYWHERE. On the walls, a lot of unbroken paintballs on the ground. It's slippery as hell too. But as long as you don't like doing barrel rolls and sliding around like most paintballers do, your fine. I haven't got paint on me yet, and I have been there 3 or 4 times already. And it's a $10 fee at the Indoor Field. It's no biggie really to me or my team. $10 for Indoor play will be NOTHING compared to the experience for $5 or $10 of Urban play. And, why don't we do an OP at this place, if paint is an issue, we can just hose it down. My dad has a Power washer also. No biggie, just the game will start a little later then planned. I am totally stoked for this one, I love Urban style play. Love it, love it, love it! DamoDK, Mitch, Knief, get an OP started with Sheriff soon and throw it in the Scheduled Games ASAP, please. My WHOLE team will be in for this one (13 or 14). So count us in!
