omg this place is amazing. there are hills, dense woods, low brush, car doors, forts, rivers, bridges, trees and pretty much whatever you can think of. i played on it for the first time today and every position has an advantage and disadvantage (duh), but it's so fun to try and get tactical there. i only wish we had more kids and less gun troubles. today my battery died in the middle of a game, my friend broke his new hicap on a tree, and my other friend shattered his safety glasses with my sniper (he wasnt wearing them, we were making sure they were safe enough). we're playing again sunday with charged batteries and new mags and better safety glasses and its gonna be amazing! i love airsoft... if you want to play sometime PM me or IM me (animulcrakka18). p.s. sorry if i had an away message up when you tried to IM me this week guys i got really swamped with hw and work and all. maybe PM's are a better idea.

Is this place public, or privet, because i dont want to show up and have the cops called on us. Its one thing to see a sweet place but its another to even be alowed to play on it.

its definitely not a private field. we've never actually seen them but people playpaintball there all of the time. and some people(though the sign clearly says no motor vehicles) ride 4 wheelers through there(also a rare occasion we see one of them). if they come by us and see us they jus go ride in other parts of the massive woods. As for cops we have talked to them before about playing around canton, and they told us as long as we arent like running through neighborhoods(like some dumb little kids i know) and no one calls and complains, then we wont be bothered. No one can call and complain really cuz we arent anywhere near there houses so all is good.

i cant get a close enough picture because im not a subscriber. we played there today and we got the cops called on us. they came back and said, "alright, we got a call some guys came back here with some bags and stuff so we had to come check it out but you guys are just playin paintball or airsoft or whatever so yeah. have fun guys!" i love canton cops. maybe im using the wrong terraserver; theres a usgs one, a microsoft one, and i used globexplorer imageatlas ( www.globexplorer.com ) and got pretty close to the spot. here are the coordinates... Lat: 42.283805885564625 Long: -83.46784713937863

When I first started playing airsoft (with some people I found though airsoftforum.com), I played here. Here is the exact location: www.terraserver.microsoft.com/image.aspx?T=4&S=9&Z=17&X=2967&Y=46840&W=2Ive made this map to point out where things are: Sorry for the bad quality, but the main path runs though playing area 1, the one on the left, along with a small creek. You take the green dot path from area 1 to area 2, which is the one on the right. Area 2 has a fort in the middle of it.

sounds sketchy with the cops. If we were to host a bigger event out there the cops would come and break it up. They dont want 40 people playing airsoft around neighborhoods.
