I came across a paintball park in Taylor Miachigan today. It was closed up for the winter, but still looked really cool. heres a link to the fields. you may have to use the pull down menu to see others. the site needs an update www.nolimitspark.com/zones.htmlHeres the catch, they dont usually welcome airsofters. We can play thare if we can get a large enough group. Im hoping for around 30, possibly 50. Considering we had 41 at the birthday bash, I think it possible. We could also reserve this place during the winter. I need to know how much interest there is in this place before I go any further with it.

Well yaknow, we'll just be sure to all bring white bbs, so if there snow we could just pack em' in and no one would know. Until it melted the owner goes out. "Hey! wtf!"
But it loos sweet, im pretty sure everone would like anthrax island, Eh?

I would not be interested in playing in any of these fields. They all look too small and way too speedballish. We need larger wooded fields, not smaller open fields. So far, the Dundee field is the best that we've played in with Futureball coming in as a close second. Those are the types of places that we need to find.

nah atomix is indoor they got a few feilds good astro turf jay said i could used one for a day if i need dapending on how meny people we could rent it then move the bunkers arounds to what we want. i got 2 shop vacs for cleen up so i'll talk to him i gotta go up there to get some parts for my timmy.
jay dosent like my buddy who owns a feild "its shiity turf is comeing up and you slide for 30 feet in how much paint is on the floor" so i'll just tell him we can play there and jay will let us play and prob do it for cheep lol. how meny people are wee talking about showing up? i gotta get a number so i can get a ballpark range on how much it wil coust.
personaly i dont like no limits they charge to much for stuff and i gotta fealing hes gonna rape us on a price.
if we get enought people i'll see if jay can order some bb's "hes got a few feilds and shops so he should be able to get them at a low price" and then sell them to us. he probly would do it if we did this every week who knows he might even stock gas and a few things for us.

Most indoor places have limits, as 350fps is the limit. As do we. CQB type conditions, you can't exceed over 350fps. But sometimes we bend the rules as most of us say an extra 20fps won't hurt that much more and will sometimes allow it.
Though, best thing for you to do, is buy a Tokyo Marui Velocity Reducer. They run about $30 - $35 after shipping and can be adjusted with different color bands to lower your fps to what you want (could go down from I believe 20 - 50fps, not to sure though). They screw on to the front of your gun (you must remove your flash hider) and it takes the place of your flash hider. Doesn't look to different from an M4's flash hider, you can barely tell except for the color band on it from more then 10feet away.
All the paintball indoor fields I have been at (FutureBall and the like) where I have played Airsoft, they never chrono it, but I never go into the game with an over fps'd gun, because that's not fair, and I don't want to hurt anyone.

If you use one on full auto, the first BB will have a reduced velocity, the following ones will not. I also try to keep people within 5 FPS of the velocity limit. So no more than 415 FPS in an open field, 355 in CQB. As for my SOCOM shooting 360 FPS, most people let that slide cause its semi-auto only. As for the no limits park, I guess its a no-go. I thought the structures would be good for CQB and tactical entry. But Kneif has a good point. It does have quite a speedballish feel to it.

Hmm, had no idea that V.R.s do that, since I own one....and all shots on Full Auto shoot at the same velocity (I could tell if one BB goes 40ft, while others go 60ft+). So, are you possitive, maybe I got a freak one that does on Full also...

I think we should try to talk to Jim, over at Futureball in Whitmore Lake. I love Hamburger Hill with paintball. I can't image how cool it would be with airsoft, the urban field would be awesome too.

Yeah, that's way too close. Four acres is a lot smaller than you would think. To get a really good game going, we need 30-40 acres minimum. If we get another turn out like the birthday bash, we could make very good use of 150+ acres.
