Thanks for the back up, sorry for the confussion there. how i have stated above in my first post is a great way to get the permission you need. also write a purposal to give to your local government that will explain what the area is going to be used for how many people will use it (break this area down by day month year). if they see that the area given will be used and just used every now and then they will more likely give it to you also.

I could never get permission, it was basicly a big no just becuase the park is used all year round. Plus, now that I know what I'm talking about(was a total noob back when the thread was started)I now know this would be a terrible place to play, and that it would be very dangerous.
Although I still have my back yard...!

well we have our field up and going front a rear area bunkers with fighting holes all over the place. 13 acers of woodland are to play in. it is great fun
