We are following engagement distances, I don't want to be shot 4 feet from that AK. SO check the MIA charts for your distances Also we will play games around the barn or in the woods near the barn.

The general attire at these games is just wearing what you think makes you look sweet, these games are really laid back.

I will be some German Snow Camo if this snow persists. If not, I will be wearing my regular camoflauge.

who is going to be in charge of the game?.. anyone in peticular? because i really dont like games where people dick around and dont play.
also it would be good for people to be planning out the scenarios if there is going to be any some of my favorite scenarios... -attack and defend -full out team elimination -hostage/flag rescue other than that... I WILL SEE YOU BOYS IN THE BARN!

What about like a bomb defusal/plantal? (Most of you will notice this from Counter-Strike).
Each teams start on opposing sides. There would be two bombsites, both preset before the start of the game. The bombsites would have to be equaly far from both bases. One team would have a guy strapped with a bomb and is given the objective to "plant the bomb". When that bomber dies, he drops the bomb and a teammate will have to pick up the bomb (Although he can eliminate the opposing team instead of planting the bomb). Where the bomber would have to meet at the bombsite and "plant the bomb". If you do not stay on the site for the period of 5 seconds when "planting the bomb", then it is not planted. At which time if you pull your gun out, the bomb is reset.
Winning team either successfully plants or kills the opposing team. After the team plants the bomb, the opposing team has 30 seconds to defuse the bomb. This means a full 8 seconds of waiting on the bomb.
bomber - person carrying the bomb bombsite - Where bomb is planted "plant the bomb" - Setting the bomb up, includes sitting for 5 seconds (without gun in hand, slung to back or the like). "planting the bomb" - Withing the vacinidy of the planting site (5 feet from the mark), waiting a full 5 seconds for a legal plant.
I have a case that I could put some PVC in with a timer. Also a spare backpack that can be used to carry it since it would kinda be bulky to hold with one hand and shoot/reload with the other.

hmm... interesting... sounds like a whole lot of shooting is involved, IM IN. 5 seconds seems kind of short for a bomb plant, 30 seconds maybe? because if its longer it will be more of a challenge for the planter and people defending him. i hope its kind of like an all day event because if our guys are driving an hour out there i hope its well worth it.

Yea, me too, I guess we'll ahve to see how it goes. The bomb I have is in a pistol case. You have to open it up and I think I will put a timer on it, so we know when 30 seconds are up. Also so people will know how to program it so you can put 30 seconds on it and in the 5 seconds you have to do that.

Our normal games are pretty laid back, but I guess me and jeff, and king (if hes coming) can be the grandmasters and get people's asses in gear to play another game, cuz i dont like sitting around either...
Im not sure if people will think I'm an ass if i just assume a position of power though, we'll see...
Starts at 10:00 AM, on saturday... We are getting permission for the barn tonight according to shotwell. So far we have 20 people ready to play! He sais to bring gloves, and anything to keep warm
this is an all day event as is
Ken (testticool) and I are currently working on scenarios for this game!
Shotwell wants to have a little fun with this baby, and sais bring springers if you got them, springer matches are just ludicrously fun/funny
So far it is still in the barn, if not, shotwell will get a hold on the contractor for BOB, and if that doesnt happen, it may not happen... because the only other field we have SL5, which we dont have permission for

Yeah, I'd like to keep the action going, although we can slip in a few breaks every few hours.
