I think you wind them before you put them in the gun, one wind lasts the entire mag, or is susposed to.

No, actually the P90 High caps works like all high-caps, wind every 30 or so shots while in the gun or out, doesn't matter. A pain in the ass, that is why I have none, and none will be rented with the gun. I only have Standards for the Majority of my guns (My M4A1 is the only one with some High-Caps). I was going to be picking up a P90 Box Magazine (why I was buying the VN Hi-Cap from Jack, but it isn't going to be accompaning me on this trip. Maybe next time ).

AK47-S is still in the mail, may make it before Saturday, but only has one Standard with it (better then a springer, but you will have to watch your shots ).

P-90 TR has 3 standards total. Chrones at a high of 290fps, great for the little gun.

if you have to wind a hi cap every 30 rounds, thats pretty pathetic...... I would get 450 rounds out of my AK mag before I would have to rewind

It's on the circle thing on the end of the magazine (near the butt). There is a little winding flat circle. But, I don't have any Hi-Caps for the P-90 TR though, so you won't need to worry about that.
