Ya, we should probably set up teams and decide on games ahead of time so we don;t have to waist time doing it later on.

Knief, do I have to send an email? I only ask this because my parents took away the internet (like canceled it) because of something I did (don't want to announce until it's settled) and only way I can use the internet is at my local library, and it filters out Yahoo! Mail. So, I can't check or send emails. Anyway I could send you a PM or just sign me up if I post? (I still need to get your PDW off of you ).

AJ ill send it if you want, You,me chris, nick? Yeah, do that Brad. Make Knief's life a bit simpler I would think. Knief I'll send you a PM on it anyhow, as we still have the PDW deal (was thinking you would be at SEMIA 3 and was shocked your girlfriend had you for the weekend , so you couldn't make it ). Send it today Brad.

Andrew, you can PM me. GeneralB, just make sure to send me a separate email for each person and include all of the necessary information. oops I already sent it all in the same E-mail, I dont know what you are trying to accomplish by having each one seperate so I wont send another one, that might mess up what your doing.

GeneralB, the point of no mass registration is so that each player registers himself. That way, I know not only that you have read the rules, but that Andrew, Stryker, and Enzo have read the rules and agreed to them as well. I'll register you and Andrew, but get Fix, Stryker, and Enzo to read this thread and register through semia-ops@hotmail.com. They won't be allowed to play if they don't register themselves.

Hey! On to the gametypes. Attack and Defend, VIP, Capture the Information... what should we play?
We should get these planned ahead this time. SM3's preparation time was sick.

I would like to see a nice long scenario.... any ideas?
An elmination would be awesome as well. Where both teams start on their side (hill or house) and rush the bus. I think weve done that before... but used respawns, best man wins.

I was thinking about incorporating the drug scenario we had talked about earlier on the vietnam thread. I don't exactly know what to do with it, but I was thinking about fixing up a duffel bag full of fake cocaine.
Let me hear some ideas though. Nothing too indepth, but ideas including spawn points, bases, objectives, etc.

My thinking with a drug scenario would be to make it more of a law enforcement op and perhaps relax the uniform requirements some (think there was a GK scenario like that last year,) and that it would probably work a lot better once we have the MOUT environment in place.

Questions: 1.) For a 'kill rag', would a red bandana work? 2.) 'ANSI Rated goggles' doesn't really mean much... What rating do they need? Z87.1? Z87.2? I have sunglasses that meet ANSI Z80.3 optical rating, but that doesn't mean they can take a BB. 3.) For you 'ANSI Rated' requirement, would a PMI google system work?

You're right, "ANSI rated" doesn't mean that much. The goggles you wear must seal around your eye with foam or rubber, and they must meet or exceed ANSI Z87.1 1989 impact resistance standards.
PMI's are paintball goggles, right? Those meet or exceed ANSI Z87.1 1989 impact resistance standards, so they are fine.
And yes, any red bandana will work, and it happens to be what I'm using. You really just need a fairly large piece of red cloth. Hell, if you want to carry a read tee-shirt on you, go for it.

when is the time we have blankets for people to drape over themselves and everyone has an AK47, because that would be the day i pay 100$ to play.
Honestly having a good guy/badguy loadout Op would be cool.
i think we need to pick teams, and have people dress according to what team they are on. I dont know if that would be a benefit or disavantage to some people... but if were shooting for more realism this should be at the top of the list.
