Event Operations - Sniper/Spotter team.
-After briefing, each team will pick a random unmarked envelope. Each envelope will include your camping location, your team number, scenarios, Map, etc.
- After briefing, you will be taken to your campsite. Once there, set up your camp. The necessities for your fire will be in a garbage bag in your campsite. from 9pm - 5am, you cannot leave your campsite. This is also a CEASE FIRE time, meaning absolutely no shooting. Use this time to review the contents of your envelope, as well as plan out your route and strategize with your partner. Also use this time to get some sleep or eat an MRE. at 5am you are allowed to now leave the campsite and go about your day.
- After 5am, all teams are free to roam in the bounds of the field to complete any of the objectives, in any order, at any time. All objectives are optionaland have a set point value. Objectives will vary in assignment, as well as difficulty. Each team will have the opportunity to complete all objectives.
-Snipers must use bolt action rifles. Spotters must use mid/low cap mags only (NO highcaps). It is Mandatory that at least one person in your two man team has a radio, yet it is recommended that you both do.
-Respawns:
When either the sniper or spotter is shot, they will announce they are hit, put on a red kill rag (mandatory), and immediately exit the field and walk to the designated respawn zone. You must also radio in that the 'Sniper or Spotter' from 'Sniper team #' has been hit. Points will be deducted for each death.
First hit: The team member that was hit must remain in respawn for 1 hour. The other team member can try to complete objectives on their own if they wish. If both are hit, then both are out for 1 hour. After 1 hour, the sniper can head to a designated area where the spotter must also go to. The sniper can only re-enter the game if his spotter meets him at the designated area.
Second hit: Same as 'First Hit' except respawn time is 2 hours. Points will be deducted.
Third hit: The team is deducted more points and that player is done for the remainder of the day. If the other member is still in the game, they must continue alone.

All these items can be left at your camp site, however it is encourage that you bring them with you so you don’t lose anything. Again, the choice is yours on this one, but know that if you lose your gear in the field we can only help you find it for so long. If you are having trouble finding your gear then please radio into the command and notify them of your sniper number so you’re not shot out. However please place a killrag over your head for safety reasons and after you have found your gear you can take it with you to the main base or leave it in the field again, but please head back to respawn.
In your backpack, you should have room for your MRE's/extra food. Extra water bottles. Also, repair tools should be brought in the backpack as well. We would prefer that any gun troubles are done in the field of battle and under the pressure of a battle situation, to add more realism to the game.

Guards:
Arrive any time after 4pm on Friday. You will not be required on the field until the very early morning of Saturday (about 4:30-5am), so spending the night on Friday is highly recommended. Bring your own tents and supplies as you see fit. Guards are only needed for Saturday. All guards are welcome to stay on sunday to spectate the sniper competition, but again, we only need guards/generals for Saturday.
Guards/generals will also be hand picked, however it will be more lenient. We would still like to have more experienced players act as the guards/generals.
Guards will be assigned to a station, under the command of a hand picked general/squad leader. The general will be given an envelope with task instructions. These instructions are to be taken very seriously, as they add to the realism of the event. Generals are highly recommended to wear full face protection, as they will be targets for snipers, full face protection is not mandatory however.
If a guard is shot, they have a 30 minute respawn. Only then will they be allowed to return to the city they are defending and continue their duties. Also, remember that dead men don’t talk, or remember past events after they have been shot out.
Guards may not leave the designated perimeter of their assigned base. If a guard spots a sniper/spotter, and has a 100% confirmed visual, they must radio it into command and await further instructions. If the sniper/spotter team fires their weapon, guards can return fire without radioing their general. Guards may also leave the perimeter if fired upon.
Recommended items:
-Red Kill Rag
-Watch (mandatory)
-Radio (mandatory)
-Flashlight
-Hydration pack

-Event Patch
Guards will be provided meals as well.
