I was going to put a 100ft engagement limit on myself, and I wouldn't run around with my eye glued to my scope. I would check the range of the person (target) before I shoot. Also, I know that using .36s will carry the same energy as a .20, except the .36 will "chrone" at a lower FPS and shoot straighter. My BBs were sort of curving, when I was using the .29s, so that is the reason for myself getting some .36s.

Also, we shot a mask point blank with it, you saw it Knief, it didn't crack it, it left a dent in it, that's it. We fired 7 shots, none went through, nor did any make the goggles less resistant to BBs.

El, I have not upgraded it at all (yet ). It is stock, and I run it for now with propane and .29s . They say, and from what I have seen, propane tends to up the fps a little more (20+ or so) fps more then green gas. If needed, I will try and chrone it with .20s and 134a. I am supposed to have a PCS Bolt, so I should be able to turn it down or up, but I disassembled the gun, and I think I messed with the adjuster, so now it doesn't work, so I am going to be ordering a new Stock PCS Bolt anyhow, since mine is a bit worn now from the BBs I have sent throught it, plus I think 3 (yes count them, THREE!) people getting the bolt fucked up on my M700 (Chris, DarkRyder, ect). I wasn't pissed, since I knew I could fix it, so don't take that as a personal attack on you guys.

And I have no idea if I can even up the hammer spring El.

If it is not allowed, I won't bring it, but there has to be a way for me to use it, I mean why should I even own it, if I am not allowed to us it....

Ill have to see exactly how the mechanism works. I wish I had a small lathe and milling machine. SEMIA would have its own air-smith

You're prolly right, something may have been damaged in your bolt. If its not fixed by the next Romulus game, maybe you can shoot a coffee can during some sniper/counter-sniper exercises.

As of now, no. Ill tlak to overkill tomarrow and get a date set.
Could you borrow Kneifs Chrono? I want to test andrews rifle again before he uses it (and mine for that matter)

Andrew, no. I'm only moderately comfortable with bending it to 565. The rule is 550 and we're already granting you some leeway. Get the gun down or don't use it.

Although I PERSONALLY have no problem with the gun being used on ME, that doesn't mean I don't agree with Knief and El here. The point of rules in this organization is to have a set of fair guidelines to abide by and refer to when we have a problem in the field. Adjusting the rules at our own will completely ruins the effect of having them in the first place.

And even though a .36 will chrono lower, it still puts out the same amount of power in Joules. As well as the fact that all guns being chronoed for MED's HAVE to be on .2's at the time of the chronoing. Just another SEMIA rule.

I dont ever remember making up rules, i just remember adopting MIA's.

My point being that at an event hosted by an MIA mod or admin, you would abide by his rules, why should the same not be said about SEMIA hosted events, whether they be by El, Knief, or whoever else? If Andrew would like to host a game, and play with his M700, he is more than welcome to do that. However, when you come to someone's game, you should play by their rules.
