So the owner wouldn't consider a 8 hour(1-day) or so rental? $20 (highest price I'd pay) x 40 = $800. $100/hour wouldn't be a bad slice of pie for the guy.

Damn lorenzo, you cheap ass. And your rich too ! ACO we payed $25 to play at the 14+ ACO CQB event, they did this because they feared no one would show (so bumped it down from either $50, $40, or $35 down to $25). That place was the best I ever played at, and they made awesome scenarios, I would of DEFINATELY paid the full $50! I would pay up to $50 for this (though I see a LOT of people don't want to pay that much). I would say $30, $30 x 40 people = $1200 (for an 8 hour day), that means $150 per hour, that guy has to be insane!

The owner is also worried about insurance , if somebody got hurt he is worried that he could get sued . I also think that he has a potential buyer for the property.

Damn lorenzo, you cheap ass. And your rich too ! Well, not all of us are rich, I'd say $20-25 would be about the max I'd pay

Yeah, but for the waivers to be worth a damn, they'd have to be notarized. Not a big deal, I can get that done at my bank but it will probably cost a few bucks per waiver.

To get notorized every play that plays would have to go and get the mnotorized . But i dont think that is neccessary , because to play paintball u have to sing a waiver to play right before a game , and they arent notorized
