We could always say 16 and over.....but bend the rules a bit (i mean, would he be present to watch and oversee us play and stuff? I doubt). You should get (someone, like Knief, since he knows them the best ) in touch with Bishop and find out the insurance and stuff the GK gang got for ACO's CQB warehouse, maybe look into a policy for this place, and show the guy that we have him covered if someone got hurt.

I know everything that is needed to have a event, but to pay rent then insurance the price is also going to increase. Any body else know of any warehouses or buildings that are available for lease Pm me with info and i will look into leasing a place for the winter .

on industrial road in livonia there are a TON of warehouses over 10,000sq/f

its an entire industrial area, so no noise limits and away from the public. there is a HUGE place on the corner of levan and Schoolcraft road, there is grass growing through the cement in the parking lot, looks empty... Next to NAGLE PAVING.

id say its about 600 yards by 500 yards field, and the facility is massive.

My dad is the majestrate (judge) of livonia, dennis epler is his name, he said he will help us out here, he is going to talk to the livonia contracter to get us a deal. Hes pretty popular in the metro area and he can pprobably help us with alot of theese things cause he knows people.

well, i just went downtown to check out the place. The building used to be a parts storage depot for General motors, and though it looked very inticing, I saw no signs or anything that said it was for lease. However, while I was down in the industrial sector I noticed lots of other buildings up for lease.
All these buildings were being sold by a realtor known as Signature Associates. I have the phone number for this realtor and I was thinking about calling them myself, but as I said before, I don't know if maybe I shoulld let the mods and admins handle this.

What do you all want me to do?
