Don't call out cheaters...You can refuse to play with them, however the name calling/slandering just brings you down to their level. I'm not saying whether I agree or not, but the 86th Ohio Regiment (team I'm on) has been alongside the Strikers for a long time.
That brings up my other point...the 86th Ohio Regiment 2nd TAT is based out of the Toledo/BG area and we are more than willing to play whenever. We sometimes are there alongside the "Toledo Crew", and some of us are attending OP: Redout...don't be shy, come talk to some of us then, and we can set some stuff up for the future.

Dutton, I would love to see you at our games, as well as some of yours. If you've ever got plans for a game, feel free to post them in this section. I'm sure there are at least a few of us who wouldn't mind a treck down to your neck of the woods for some good shootin'.

dutton, there is a paintball place like 10 mins away from you. its right on crissey, i know the owners. PM me, and ill try to get a schedule going and maybe we can play a couple of games. I think i got your cell number lying around somewhere

Hi guys! Having grown up in SE Mich, I was happy to find this site, until I came across this thread. I am a senior member of Team STRIKERS in Ohio and am concerned that you think we cheat. Let me state that we take the sport of airsoft VERY seriously and try to play with the utmost honor and integrity. If ANY of you are of the opinion that we play unfairly, PLEASE bring it to our attention IN PERSON asap. We will address the issue as it happens and remedy the situation immediately, if applicable. I am sorry if anyone has a "bad" feeling about us, but please understand that things aren't always as they seem and we can only fix problems if brought to our attention. Hardlock, at most, I've only seen a small handfull of people say that about the STRIKERS, and as far as I'm concerned, it's just hear-say until I've played with you. If you and your team ever want to make the treck up here, we're going to try to put together a good sized game every month this season (we have an 85 person game scheduled for this sunday, and it only took us about 4 days for that number to sign up). I'd be more than happy to have you up for out next game. I personally have been a member of AO for over 4 years, way back before Texx became the review board Nazi and DumboRAT was still handing out the best airsoft info on any english forum. So I would love to meet some of the guys that I remember talking to back in those days.

Knief, Thanks for understanding! I make the trip to SE MI (NewBoston / FlatRock area) to see my relatives 4-6 times a year. I'd LOVE to hook up with you guys. Thats EXACTLY why I was looking at this site to begin with.  |

Perhaps I should rephrase what I said earlier. I've seen people on the Strikers team cheat. I shouldn't of said you all cheat because I only saw a few. Sorry

from experience i have seen only a few members of the strikers "cheat". Most cases it is the famous " striker armor"
but it only happens once every now and then and could be a misunderstanding, E.X. they didn't feel the BB's hitting them or something of that sort.
back to the point the strikers are THE team in Ohio when it comes to event hosting and planning, also they have good access to gear and goods in the airsoft world.
most of there members are stand up guys. such as aegis,gleaken,hardlock,blade,snake eyes,maverick,and last but not least punnisher.
everyone i have listed here i have played with on several occasions and are all around great players and nice guys.also i have NEVER seen any player listed here cheat in any way.
when i was a BSTAB/Black omega team member i played
with the strikers alot and most of the other teams in Ohio.
so i have the experience to back up what i have stated.
Hardlock, you and the rest of the guys should come down and try out the futureball field, its a little smaller than Springfield but it has many more outstanding terrain features such as vehicles and many hardpoints, even has some structures.
