For those who know me beyond the airsoft field, I work on cars for a living. When Donuts dad realized this, he asked for my help with a 1965 notchhback mustang. I gladly helped out. First order of business was to assemble the new long block. a 5.0 HO from a mustang GT, freshly rebuilt. (sorry, no Pics) then out came the old straight 6. this is actually a newer motor and carburetor. Kind of a shame to pull it. Up up and AWAY! the trans had to come out too. It wont just bolt up to the 302, the engine blocks are different More pics to come soon. Next saturday we will be lowereing the V8 engine into place and make sure everything fits.
