We are going to encourage balaclava's and mouth guards for the CQB building for just such reasons in Lyons. And any one under 18 will have to probly have some sort of mask to cover ears and teeffases..., We did some playing in there today before the req. game and it was sweet. You guys that are going to come out to th building are going to....G......G.......Giggidy, Giggidy, going to love it.

*UPDATE* root canal done, the nerve ending hadn't gotten infected yet and so they took it out right then. they also filled the canal with some dental cement. tomorrow i go back and get a post drilled up into my gum and a core will get inserted into the gap where the tooth once was.
and, contrary to what i thought, they didnt have to pull out the little bit that was left there, and are just gonna build the new tooth right on top of that

Ouch sorry to hear about that. This is why I wear a balaclava, which doesn't impair your senses like people think it does so I would reccomend one to everyone at least for CQB.

after seeing this I'm definitely getting some mouth protection. I don't have dental insurance and if that happened to me I probably could not get it fixed.
I tried a mouth guard. I hated it, it made me look like a monkey and made me drool everywhere. I saw a neoprene face mask for hunting at walmart so I'm gonna try that. It has small holes where the mouth is and the nose is open so hopefull the ventilation will be good.
