Well half the world thinks its just some government conspiracy, but I think the government wanted to hang him just as bad as anyone so I believe he really has been killed.

Kind of off topic: I couldn't help mentioning an episode of south park I recently saw which was mocking the thought of the government 9-11 conspiracy in which it turned out that the government was behind all the conspiracy websites because they wanted the public to believe that they could control everything with intricate plans when really they had nothing to do with 9-11.
