Actualy my friends and I have a new trip planned, we are all going to the mounds orv near flint on the weekend of August 10th. I am making a weekend of it and camping at the metamora hadley state campground. I have a winch and anything esle you need to get a vehicle out of just about anything. Oh yeah 4x4 is a must. |

Good luck with the rally action out there.. I've been out there quite a few times in a buddy's K5 Blazer and anothers Jeep, it's probably not a good idea unless you plan on trashing your new car.
I've seen people with extreme off-road pick-ups buried in 4-5 foot mud holes. Funny shit!
It's a blast out there, though! You guys should have a good time.

yeah for all you that are scared of the mud holes usualy there is a way around them. I have no room in my truck so people that are riding along will have to ride with others. As long as you drive smart usualy you can go through just about anything. Oh yeah dont try deep water with any stock truck. The link i posted has all the info on what you need to get in. Anyone planning on camping let me know so i can see if we can reserve some campsites.
