So heres my new uniform for CQB/Special Forces/Marines. I kinda got bored of my ol' ACUs and a little tired of the traditional BDUs, so I figured I would go all out and get something special. Tru-Spec Urban MARPAT VS Propper ACU ACU.................VS........... MARPAT  CQB Weapons   Side By Side   Tell me watcha think. (sorry for bad pics, they were taken off my phone) |

No, its a little darker, but not dark enough for anything in deep woods.

First off, please don't post in threads that haven't been active for more than a couple weeks. The three threads you revived are all over a year old, and a lot of them members you're trying to talk to don't even come around anymore. I know you're not trying to fuck up around here, so you might want to take some time to just read without posting just to get a feel of how things go on a forum. And if you haven't yet, make sure you read the forum rules here. They're posted for a reason.
As for your question, you want to avoid wearing black when you're playing outdoors. Black isn't a color that occurs in nature in large patches, short of volcanic rock. So it's really easy to spot somebody wearing a black vest, even through thick foliage. I've gotten quite a few kills by shooting at black splotches that I couldn't make out. Had those people been wearing OD, khaki, or coyote brown vests, I never would have seen them.

razorzedge if you want to continue here on SEMIA you have to read ALL the rules and also read the threads that are stickied like this  . A lot of the mistakes you are making right now is because of ignorance and that can only be tolerated up to a certain point. The reason things are so strict here and on MIA is because we are looking for a certain level from individuals and those who don't cut it don't belong in our sport.
