I'm sort of new to airsoft, been playing for a couple months. I have a BE G36k, annoyed with it because it has faulty wiring (the gun won't shoot sometimes, usually before games I have to open up the foregrip and tape some wires down). I also have a UTG M87SOS, it is nice. Along with my Co2 pistol Ruger P345. I took a look at the post with the AEGs that are cheap and good but I don't know. Anyone recommend a good AEG for under $200? (Preferably a full metal one)

None. Tokyo Marui is your best bet.

If you can find a TM for under $200 please tell me. But really, what will last me a few months for under $200 and is preferably metal? I have been looking at Cyma's AKs and D-boys SCAR and Mk12 SPR, and the AGM 614, I have heard people say these are very reliable for the price and can be upgraded to be even more effective.

If all you want is a gun that'll last you a couple of months, then get a JG and a new hop up assembly and bucking, and a new inner barrel if you can afford it. No gun that cheap will be "very reliable," but some have a better track record than others.

It sounds like you are off to a *decent* start, but adding on what to kneif said, from personal experiance, i have had more reliability issues from a JG where an Echo-1 seemed to be more reliable. You are not gonna find a full metal replica for under 200 bucks, unless you do some serious research, or happen to come across a cheap deal on Ebay. For best quality at a low price i would recommend the "Full" plastic versions of G&G replicas. Or just save up for a Marui. Which ever works.

JG is a decent starter gun. The most important thing you would need to do is get a spare battery. JG stock batteries are crap, doesn't hold a charge for long and even with good care (which if its your first aeg, like so with me, you wont know shit about charging) it will still lose voltage and capacity. So buy a spare battery. Airsoftgi has good reviews on products so just type in on their search bar full metal. If your looking for a gun for just a few months I would wait and save up for a better one though, saying you know you want to stay in airsoft. It may not be full metal but a JG s-system might be a good choice. It has plenty of ris for accessories and a removable rear sight/flip down front sight so you wont need a riser mount if you get a red green dot sight. I'd do what Knief said using an s-system. In the case you need to make it last longer you can get add-ons. s-system www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_166&products_id=2345good spare batt. www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=27_46&products_id=3596

try www.evike.com they carry alot of good guns and free shipping for orders over $100 just use the FREESHIP code and... I would recommend a gas blow-back Rifle, but I havent owned one so I cant tell you how reliable they are, and the minimum is about $150 for snipers and $250 for full autos and High-fps Semiautomatics :/

He said under 200$ wiil, lol. Most GBB's cost a little over 100$. Decent starter/ intermediate AEG's Are AT LEAST Echo-1's, then moving up to Sportline CA's, or G&G. But hey, i have never owned a CA, so i wouldn't know if they are any good.
