I just ordered a G&G M16 A3 from ASGI for my birthday. Before ordering I sent an email to ASGI asking what the FPS was (site said 330-350 but reviews put it as high as 410) and was responded to at 350-360. Once the spring sets will it stay under 350 (I wana also use it for CQB) and about how many rounds will it take for it to set (approximately).

It's hard to say where the spring will settle. Gestapo and I both had G&G GR 16 carbines that shot about the same when we got them, about 365 FPS. His settled down to about 320 FPS. Mine stayed at about 360 FPS. It's just a crap shoot on where your spring will end up. It should start to settle after two or three full game days, but again, that's just a rough number. It could take months, or it could happen pretty rapidly. If, after a month or two, you're still shooting over 350 FPS, pick up a PDI 140%, or if you want to be safe, 130% spring and drop it in. That should put you just below 350 FPS from the get go (or 330, if you use the 130%), and it won't settle much.
