ICS 2 pc. gearbox

Hey, I recently bought an ICS M16 which comes with the inovative two piece gearbox. BUT everytime i take the two halves apart (weather to change to a dif. upper box or clean the barrel) and then put them togeather again, the gun doesn't fire right.

The bb's either don't come out or if they do it's at 2fps along w/ 3 more. The first time it happened it appered that the nozel was getting stuck back, not providing much air preasure. I fixed that and everything seemed ok until i took it apart again and it stopped fire again. This time however the nozzel seems to be working correctly but still not firing right.

I really don't know what the problem is and was wondering if anyone else was having this problem or have herd about it.

Maybe, once you fix it this time. You shouldn't take it apart again.

,but if you can't fix it. Send it to any local shop, and I am sure they will fix it for a good sum of cash. Maybe even for free.

Ahhh the famous problematic issues of ICS. I hope for the sake of being aeg'less you get this fixed before our next game

I knew when i posted this that someone was gona say" Maybe you shouldn't take it apart"

But it's not like im taking the gear box apart, im just seperating the upper and lower halves. It's somthing that shouldn't take any effort.

Im pretty mechanicaly inclined so i intend to fix it myself and besides i have to other aegs so theres no hurry to get this one fixed.
