poweedge is one of the best dealers on line.
From my expierience with all my airsoft gear purchases poweredge has been the most inexpensive, efficent and reliable.
They are located in Hawaii there for you don't have to deal with customs but they have the large inventory you would find with any over seas dealer.
Furthermore, they ship out products very fast. It took around 4 days for me to recive my items when i ordered them- ground shipping. Which is quite fast, usually it takes around 7+ from other dealers.
Lastly they are cheap. The prices of over seas dealers but in the united states with a large inventory. They also speak "real" english which is a plus.
However, if you are looking to get a gun from a respecible michigan dealer. Either 21 st century or BMA are welk known dealers in the area. Who will be more then happy to furfill your airsoft needs. However, the prices are a bit steeper then what you would find over seas or poweredge.
However, 21 st century offers free tech support and maintence on the guns bought at the store. I am not sure if BMA does the same you could check on that.
Either one of those three would be good.
If you buy over seas you will get slammed 50+ for shpping and in about 4 months recive a $40+ custom bill.
The best place to buy the gun is in the usa, prefeeable a dealer who backes up thier merchandse and is in your own back yard. So if something goes wrong they will gladly fix it for low or no cost at all.
Generally, onloine retailers will not fix thier merchandise for free if there is a unfortunate mechanical failure. Especially over seas ( as i have learned).
Good rule of thumb:
gun: buy in USA, preferable a dealer located near you who backs up the merchandise. That way you can get it fixed if it breaks.

As for the gun. Its been said time and time again: all TM AEG's perform the same buy the one which best floats your boat.
All the m16 series are generally the same build.
However, the difference is the barrel lengh and battery capacity. Also, the m733 does not have a removable handle.
