Anyone who wishes to donate at any of the games they attend, we would greatly appreciate it. I think it would be great to get our own domain name like SEMIA.com and have image space for pics of events. Anyone have thoughts?

Yeah our own web page would look very professional.
I was also thinking if semia has some big up front costs, what every they may be, members could prepay a years worth of dues. Have some incentives like $45 a year which is only $3.75 a month. members save money and semia gets a big head start financialy.
Just a thought.

Rather than charge dues, I would really just like us to accept donations, maybe at some larger ops we organize, we can actually instill a fee. Some people just already put enough money into this sport. Let them decide if they want to give back to the community, and in what amount. After all this is a game of honor and fairness (and shooting and "killing" heh heh).

Haha, that was kind of funny. What if we offered some sort of "plan" for members. Like, you could be a basic member, and pay for the large OP's you attend, and maybe not have to have a fee. Then some "Gold" or "Aluminum" Plan where a member would pay a certain amount up front at the beginning of the year and not have to pay for any events for the year. Of course we could have free admittance to smaller games for people that just want to see what we're all about.
Just my 2 cents.

I kind of like this idea of different plan levels. We could have:
Level I- ABS
Level II- Aluminum
Level III- Full Metal with Trades

haha, yeah. The aluminum is cool, I forgot that it worked with airsoft. I just used it as reference to Larry the Cable Guy.
Yeah though, that's pretty clever. I like the names alot.

I currently have 50 mb of free internet space on my school server. Which we can use for the actual website when it is built.... so don't worry about that.  |
