Again, age allowances are based on responibility of players. I can say that I have met and played with near half of the people of SEMIA, and that they are responsible.
In the case that anyone plays irresponsibly, or has a record of irresponsibility, that would be the only time when restrictions would be set upon people attending SEMIA games.

I think that an age limit of 14-15 would be good, since that in general seems to be the brink of maturity. I have however played with an incredibly responsible 8th grader who takes great care of his guns and loves the sport.

Yeah, most kids turn 15 in the ninth grade..
I honestly think all minors (I'll include myself, because I don't want to seem arrogant) should be monitored at first, but honestly, with airsoft, you can tell in the first five minutes. That is, you can tell whether you've got a serious player or a jokester/uber badass, shoot-em-up type player with a bad attitude, and no sense of what the word "deodorant" means.

Hey! Not so much that, but just most the kids that play airsoft in MY school (I.E., not serious at all, just f-ing around with gas guns) might not shower as regularly as recommended. Which is why..... I play with people that don't go to my school.  Jack. |

I notice a slight falling out of topic due to my de-odorant remark. I apologize. Uhh, I suggest either a different thread, or the People's Court for your wall issues.
All I meant was that too many "snot nosed punks" as you guys put it, try to cheat in the games and need to be watched, because SEMIA and SEMIAUTO is kind of my haven AWAY from those sorts of games.
