It looks kick ass. Who owns it? Do we have permission to play on it?

God, I hope we end up playing here. I could literally ride my bike to this place! Not while carrying a gun of course. Please find out who owns this place and get permission!

Looks like a great place for a good old-fashioned team Vs team head on shootout.

I don't understand the question DK,
I know that the owner allows all pbers and airsofters to come and go as they please. I'll try to see if I can get a contact number, but I've played there several times.
Murdoc, where do you live? I'm right near there too.
Mitch, exactly.
And, no idea what school that is. The best directions I can give would be if you are at Walton and Adams, there is a new mall there, called The Village, (its basically a big dirt field in that pic because it's not done yet, but go down on the map to see it), and if you are driving along the Village on Adams, right after you pass it there is a dirt road next that leads to it.

Just because the owner hasn't told anybody not to play on his field doesn't mean that he allows it. He might just have never seen it, or he's thinking "If one more kid shoots something on my land, I'm gonna..." We need permission. Written is much better, but even oral would be ok.

I can get permission, but it won't be hard. I know pb'ers at my school who know the guy, so I just have to ask them for the number.
The only reason they keep it is for his son's pbing and dirt biking habits, so I think we should be cool, unless he has a thing against airsoft.

Jack, I wasnt completely clear on the address when I mapquested it but according to mapquest its only 9 minutes drive from my house. I live in Troy, right off Adams, between Wattles and Big Beaver.
Oops, its actually 9 miles , 17 minutes. And this is to the address posted, which is actually your house?

Yep. 855 Spartan Dr is my house. The field's entrance doesnt really have an adress, and the owner's house, (next door,) I have no idea what his is.

that would be sweet to play at. Ive been playing in my friends back yard and thats cramped and slightly dangerous. Im basically the same distance as Murdoc is away, and we would probly come together to most of the matches, since it would be easy to carpool.

any word on the permission?
Make sure you get it in writing, and if the owner asks why. Tell him that you need it or else we can get in trouble with cops.

Someone check in on this one yet? I'll personally give you a verbal thank you and a premium pat on the back if you do.
