My grandfather owns 50 acres of land up in Dryden Michigan, which is about a 20-30 min. drive from my house (21 and Hayes). I was there this weekend and I checked it all out. It is very cool. Rynedogg and I are talking about possibly holding some games up there, if anyone is interested. I just want to see how many people could make the drive up there to enjoy the 50 acres with us. Below is a rough outline of the property, if you cannot distinguish between fields and woods, you are not smart. Tell me what you think. www.imagewoof.com/view_image/7cbfa1926/property.bmp"

40 minute drive for me! You can probably count a few of us NEWBs in. What is the land like? All woodland, clearings, a lot of brush?? I personally enjoy playing in woodland, but don't enjoy a lot of brush to have to run and shoot through. A bit of a pain, literally. lol

I could probably make it a couple times. Sounds good, less than an hour from my home.

I'm in Metamora a lot, so having a field one town over might be nice.

The field is just about no brush. It is wooded and open... It is hard to explain, he has about 5 huge fields with woods between and around them. When you are in the woods, u can see straight through cause of the minimum brush. Basically you could snipe like it was your job. It is really nice, I am going to google earth it so i can show you guys.

It would probably be a 10am to whenever people want to leave, probably 11pm when it is dark?
And as for charge... If there would be one it would probably be like a $5 tops charge, if anything because I have nothing but trees out there. No work into it yet except like 3 log cabin type forts built out of logs and sticks by me and my brothers when we were younger.

There is no set date on this yet, I am just sort of seeing if it is even worth hosting. I mean, if there is only 5 people confirming they would come, there is no point.

You have to keep in mind though that this is a new field, we want ... field reports. If it's as good as you say it is, then many people will be convinced and want to attend from these 5 future testimonies.

Sounds like a good place to play. Host a couple of field improvement games for free, and next thing you know you have a sweet field. I would be interested, and I will be cleaning out my garage soon it has a lot of possible props. If you are interested let me know and I will get a list of stuff you might want. I may even have some wood to donate.
