I would be a bit concerned about getting permission to play there. Sounds like if you must keep your weapon out of site, then it maybe on public owned property. Or the neighbors are grittery and visits from the police may be expected.
Who's hosting the event? Do they own the field or have written permission? This many people showing up, could cause a major stir.

I would be a bit concerned about getting permission to play there. Sounds like if you must keep your weapon out of site, then it maybe on public owned property. Or the neighbors are grittery and visits from the police may be expected. Who's hosting the event? Do they own the field or have written permission? This many people showing up, could cause a major stir. We do have permission from the police, and the 86th has used this field for about 5 years. It is in fact the police's rule to keep the guns out of sight, until we get out into the field. |
