OK i know everyone has seen resident evil 1 and 2 and i think if we had a small force 4-5 people like star members with better guns most likely m4's and mp5's that it would be cool and maybe a guy with a sniper rifle or two at a house. b/c i know everyone has parents and at least one has to have a rifle. my dad has a sniper its a .22 and a 30 OT 6. but i think the star members would be cool to add. also i think if you guys added a gun store with only like pistols, shotguns, and rifles plus ammo and gas. that would be cool then you have to have the guy who wont give up his store and you have to kill him to get his guns so its kinda like hes on his own team but he has his own supplies of guns plus if possible i would make the store a one level but with a roof so he can shot of it at zombies or civilians. that would be cool and i would personally like that spot b/c i would have a hull arsenal but i gotta watch out for zombies and people with guns. i think the store should be a little hard to get onto the roof like add a ledge around it so know one can just jump and get on top they gotta use team work.

Trying to decipher what's going on... I think I know what they're trying to get at, but it's kind of ridiculous how poorly their posts are written.
Come on kids, write in complete, legible sentences. And do some damn reading.
scoutsniper's suggestions: - having a very small, heavily armed STARS team - random people with bolt action rifles, I think - a gun shop with a deranged and/or selfish owner (like in Dead Rising) - not a bad idea for MOUTville or whatever SFOD's calling it - I think he wants to be the owner of the gun shop. - he wants some kind of roof for the gun shop so the owner can hole up by himself, and by the owner he means himself.
tanner - just generally an excitable kid with no real idea of what's happening. Like I said, go back and do some damn reading, this thing is still in the planning stages.
The thing we have to figure out, is how to balance the zombification process with the amount of armaments that the human survivors have access to.

Actually, the Cenario is more or less fully written. However, if a good one comes along, the cenario may be adjusted to use it We just need a date now

OK....100% confirmation on this one.....FINALLY!!! Like LT. Wolf explained earlier we are shooting for the 20th of OCT. and we will soon be filling Specialist slots but they will have weapons requirments, and YES we already have a STARS team but its not a STARS team, we're just gonna use a Delta unit...heavilly armed...highly mobile....very small. But as for updates we have a few new buildings up in the city and a supply yard attached to the back of the fire-station, and ALL hazardous matirials have been removed or safe-guarded, on top of that we've installed lighting over the entire city....VERY DIM (just bright enough to see, but dim enough to hide) And ever so slowly I've been installing railing on all the Cat-walks and bridges and digging out dangerous tree stumps...Safety IS our overriding cause. This coming weekend, depending on events, We'll be installing a city wide sound-system, So bassically we're ready to Rock & Ruin, as soon as we call a team meeting to agree on rules and a scenario, we'll skippidy hop into schedualed games. I would also like to get some modern pics of the city up...a lot has changed and we never got pics of the second half of the city, but thats the latest. Will update when possible!

Is the real steel shotgun still going to be used? Knief, I've talked to Fox about it, the shotgun is definitely NOT going to be used. im sure team R.A.G.E. would be willing to fill the slot of the delta unit... just an idea. SFOD (the host team, I.E.- Fox and I) will fill the role of the Delta Unit. my cousin has a sniper and i have an m4 and that would be really sweet. im getting excited but i was wondering what are requirements thanks Fox and I have discussed this issue and due to the close quarters nature of the game, there is no way in hell we're going to allow sniper rifles of any sort. That would be downright unsafe to say the absolute least. AEG's have been discussed, but seeing as the zombies will be unarmed, we're pretty certain that this will be a Pistol game. If everyone came in with their AEG's, the zombies would be simply slaughtered, there would be no contest whatsoever and the game would be overall VERY lame. Players will assume the roles of civilian survivors of the initial outbreak of the "zombie virus" (cops, firefighters, doctors, etc.) and will be limited to small arms fire. There will be a military unit present, as stated before to provide assistance to the survivors, but that unit will be small at best (approximately 5-10 maximum, all of whom will be SFOD team members) out of the 100+ players we are hoping to have attend this op. SFOD plans to convene this weekend to agree on a format, I'll put it up in writing and post it as soon as possible. We ask that you please understand that the lack of AEG's is simply to add to the overall effect of the game. This is not your traditional Op, we plan on this being an all night survival game (because we can make it much spookier that way ;D) as well as a roleplaying opportunity, that will be both challenging and fun for both the survivors and the zombies. Trust us folks, we'll get this one done right ;D -Lt. Wolf [Edit: Anyone who has any questions, please feel free to IM me via AIM, I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.]
