Saftey Issues, Money problems, and overall Time Managment (in other words not worth it.)

Thats a really cool idea scott, but I dont think it would work just because it would be so time/money consuming to do. But if we did have what was needed to make it, wow, that would be really awsome, a moving golf cart of death!
