You could try reading the rules on these boards as a start. That will answer every question you have.

I did, but no one seems to have it, at least not chronoed. All i can find are reveiws on AirsoftGI and those say some people get over 410 and some under. I just dont want to bring it to a organized game and not be able to play with it. I also dont know if i can trust that the reveiws on ASGI arent people that work there, trying to get me to buy it. Might not help that I have trust issues.

Firstly, if your shopping for a replica because of the high FPS, then your shopping for the wrong reason. High FPS doesn't make you a good player.
Secondly, Velocity Reducers are normally NOT allowed on fields.
Third, and your LAST Warning use proper grammar and english!

What would you suggest in the range of 100-300 bucks. I also would like to have some sort of optic.
I heard people talking about the CA AUG A2, is that good?

dboya,
Skypilot wasn't asking you, he was telling you. If you keep saying "u" when you mean "you," you will find yourself banned in short order. Same goes for ignoring capitalization and punctuation (including apostrophes). We don't allow people to type like a child on this forum. Either follow the rules or leave.
Velocity reducers are not allowed on fields because they only reduce the velocity of the first shot of a full auto burst. So if you happen to shoot on full auto, you'll be putting a lot of rounds down range at your normal, illegal velocity.
CA makes decent guns. They're not great, but they're decent. If you want the best in your price range, look at some cheaper Tokyo Marui (TM) guns. But really, there's no way we can help you when you search is as broad as it is. You need to narrow down your list of options first, or get way more specific with your criteria before we can even begin to guide you toward a model.
