One thing I'd like to clarify:
Ever since my hip problem at Semia 3, I vowed to never leave my bbs at the staging area or a base again. Ever since then, I've carried a 2000 round bag in each of my map pouches. I've been a good boy, though, and have been going back to respawn to reload.
Is that alright?
Another thing: during the AEG game, I was so tired (I could barely walk) that I just laid down at the bus for 10 minutes instead of going all the way back to respawn. It's the same waste of time as going back to respawn, so was that alright?

I enjoyed this better than the first game I went to, SEMIA III I think it was. Still had a blast. And I have to say a major thank you to Sarge411. His M4 wasnt working and had a bunch of TM standard M4 mags, that he was generous-enough to lend to me. THANK YOU

unfortunate about the rain, we took off when the wind started blowing my bb's back to me.
might be a good idea to figure out victory conditions and some scenarios before SEMIA VI.
The first two *cough*one*cough* games, for example. In the first one, you could still leave the package in the bus, but instead of retrieval, you would have to get it to the opponents base. Bomb-ball, the package could be handed off but it gets dropped when the carrier gets hit. Anyone can pick it up from either team. Game is won when the package reaches the opponents base. SMG or Pistol only for the carrier.
Game two: Set the bomb. The package/bomb has two triggering mechanisms. 1) Manual trigger on the case detonated once the package has reached the objective, where the attackers win, or 2) Time. After a designated time, the bomb blows and the defenders win. This would prevent the stalemate that resulted at SEMIA V.
I think a flag-based Control game would be excelent. One team starts with all the bases, the other team has to take all the bases. If you play BF2, you know this one.
I was TK'ed a few times as well, and granted it happens when you're running back to your own line, but I think I heard someone suggest arm bands for team 1 and team 2? Just a thought.
Besides that, it was hella fun and a damn good first run.

Yeah, I wasn't used to seeing people with dreadlocks, so I assumed you weren't on my team.
My bad, dude.

The flag game is a great idea, we did this a few times down south. The fun part was it was an actual flag pole and flag that you had to hook and then raise to the top. Gave you those few seconds to assault and precent the capture and resulting point for the team. Probably don't have the resourses to put up flag poles, but i'm sure something similar could be worked.

I've got an idea for revision of the games... It may be easier to prevent stalemates if the objectives were at the bottom of the hills in front of the fire bases. Respawns would go back to being inside the fire bases, and the objectives are at the bottom. That way we don't have to spend an hour trying to break through the lines to get inside the constantly occupied and fortified enemy respawn.
That way we can have faster games.
Another idea: We should use either the area between the bus and the house, or the bus and hamburger hill. Using both is too far, because one team always gets pushed back to their base. This will lead to more intense firefights, if the respawn point is closer to the action.
I have the perfect example: the last game at Semia 3. One team started in the house, and the other at the bottom of the hill. Constant action. It was awesome.
Another benefit of closer bases: less incentive to cheat, because it's not so awful to go back to respawn.
