Good point El. What about refilling mags at the "base" for the RA and DF, and a drop point for the MEU? This would be in addition to reloading before respawns as well. Which would of course be their spawn points. Once again, it gives people a reason to disengage and regroup.

I like this idea, but maybe MEU should more ammo than RA/DA.

I like that idea, it would make the game so much more realistic.
What about us knief, if we run out, which we really shouldn't, we shouldn't even engage unless we have no other choice, but if we run out, what would we do.
I also think that because we are not a fighting force, we should be limited to 2-3 standards at most.
Also, if we reach safety, could i change into camo, and grab and AEG and play, or should i just like hide.
Oh yeah and another thing, after reading the Armored Vehicles thread at MIA i had an idea, but I'm not sure if futureball would allow it. If someone comes in a pickup- we could use it as a rebel Technical and drive it on the trails they have there. I don't know maby my idea is a little far fetched and kinda unsafe, but i figured i'd ask because it would be sweet if we could do it.

I wouldn't have a problem with MEU having more ammo since we have less people and would have probably prepaired for a extended mission.
RA and DF have the same ammo reqs.
Ambassador's team has a very limited supply of ammo but can recieve ammo (in the form of mags) from the MEU team upon link up.
Details to be worked out. We are going to try and keep it simple though.

Yeah Matt, we wouldn't have a place to refill our mags until we're rescued by somebody (if we're captured, I don't think that the rebels would be kind enough to let us rearm). I would assume that if we set out away from the helicopter that we took everything we could with us, mostly ammo and water.

I only have STAR mags There should be a limit to how many loose BB's you can carry on the field.

Is the MEU going to bring weapons for the ambassador team? I think it would be easiest for the RA to be required to carry the A-Team's weapons with the hostages. This would be easiest, nobody would have to borrow guns if the A-Team is captured then rescued.
Also, what are the rules for capturing the A-Team? I think if the A-team is shot before joining the MEU, they should automatically be counted as injured and unable to fire their weapon. This way the RA shoots all of the A-Team to capture them.

Is the MEU going to bring weapons for the ambassador team? No, the "A-team" will be carring their own guns. The crew will have weapons from the helo (preferably M4/M16 w/o bells or whistles). Knief is a body guard/contractor and will have his own gun as well as previding one to the ambassador. Also, what are the rules for capturing the A-Team? I think if the A-team is shot before joining the MEU, they should automatically be counted as injured and unable to fire their weapon. This way the RA shoots all of the A-Team to capture them. Sounds good to me, probably the best way. El and Damo, your thoughts?

You are welcome to bring you own pistol, Mr. Ambassador, but for scenario purposes you will be given said pistol by Knief, whether that actually happens or not isn't as big a deal as it is to have it occur scenario wise.
As an ambassador, you wound not normally carry a weapon but due to the circumstances, you are given one by your body guard/contractor.

That would be fairly cool to have a technical Out of the question! No room to use it. The fields are densely wooded in many areas. Liability is way too high as well. As for weapons and ammo when grouped up with another fire-team, I would like to see "Field Pick-Up Rules" apply. For example, lets say JoeySarosy gets hit, and Gestapo is low on ammo. If Joey wants too, he can lave mags for 'Stapo, but only where he was hit. This is the Mil-Sim equivalent to taking mags from a dead comrade. However, you don't HAVE to leave stuff to a friend if you don't want to.
