In case we decide to have a large scale op again we can always revisit our beloved country in the Eastern bloc (especially since we have flags and everything.) Of course, there are many improvements we could make to the scenario since we have more experience in dealing with such a large number of people over such a long period of time, but Redout was a good starting point - perhaps we could integrate this somewhat into the smaller monthly games, minor clashes?
Oh yeah, a mod can move this if it's in the wrong forum.

I most definitely want to continue fighting for Nubrushia's freedom. However I do think we need to make some improvements. Such ass: 1. I didn't like the ammo restrictions. 2. Get new chronographers. 3. We need a bigger chain of command. 4. Everyone should have MRE's there (my team brought them) 5. We need more strict uniforms such RF can not ware any woodland. 6. There were to many plot twists (I never really knew what was going on).
I do want to keep most of the stuff the same though. Think we can do this again in May or June?

I agree, the uniforms made it too difficult to identify the enemy. We need something that will stand out more.
Also, I think we should have time limits, to shorten games. Perhaps each team needs to capture (insert objective here) in 15 minutes or something along those lines...

The OBJ's were set, until DAMO fucked em up There was WAY to many new people without gear or guns at Redout, and was dissapointing for some, but still fun for some.

I think that the uniform requirements worked pretty well generally, save for a few people wearing full outfits.
I had no problem with the ammo requirements, the point is to encourage realism and falling back when in short supply (I heard that it did, which is good.)
I would say that next time, keep the scenario simple and maybe limited to just two sides facing off. Maybe we can have certain VIPs who can join up with either side, arms dealers/warlords and the like, but nothing as complicated as Americans defecting. Hell, we can probably write the Americans out of the next one.

Not to make a huge deal out of this, but the next OP needs to follow the story/rules and not add to/deviate from them once the OP has started. I feel the majority of the confusion at Redout spawned from that. I would have no problem revisiting my homeland in the future.

I persoannly like the Ammo limits but i know for sure that a quite a few people didnt follow them because of alot of hosing . I expected alot less bb,s to be fired because of the ammo limit. overall the event was a blast i would definately attend a monthly event.

Bowen, can I ask what was wrong with the cronograph station? It was undermanned for the first 10 minutes, which was fucked up, I know (I know because I was the only person manning it). But once we got two guys running chronos and tagging guns, and one or two guys loading bbs, were there any hang ups?

It wasn't the people it was the cronograph it's self. It read all of the guns very low.

Yeah, I noticed quite a few upgraded guns shooting strangely low.

It read some broken guns pretty low, but I read everybody elses fine. Stock guns were coming in at 250-290, people who knew that they upgraded to 400 were hitting that mark. I don't think that chrono was off, I think that your gun may just not be what you expected. But, if you want to buy your own chronograph to check, you can find a good one for around $100-$150 all over the net.

We had two going at once, jryki. We had a third to use, but nobody to run it. I had to call for help for 10 minutes before anybody showed up.

We got 2 of our guns upgraded and chronographed them. On gun with an M130 fired at 410fps according to you 300fps and another gun was 380 with an M120 and according to you 245.
