Just makei t airsoft proof. Wouldnt all windows have to be covred or sometihng? If you needed help with work i might be able to help yah out. That would be great! I know the day of we will need help setting up early. We are bringing props in to make it more crowded. Yes, as stated before, I'm covering the window's that are not tempered with a combination of cardboard and 2 inch thick sytrofoam.

OK, I started calling a few other people, dealing with real estate agencies. I can score us a 3 month lease on a 3600 sq foot building for $2,800 a month, in comparison, a Farmer Jack is about 100,000 square feet. This building has a industrial garage with a huge loading door, a office with lobby, conference rooms, and office cubical area. Do you think we could get enoughpeople to show up at least 2 times a month if we charge 20 a head for 3 months? My concern is breaking even. If we charge 20 a head and we set a player cap at 70 that's $1400 a day. iI we only have 2 events that's enough to cover the cost w/o taxes and insurance. My question is do you think enough people would show up in a month to cover the costs?

It would depend on just how far away the place is from Ann Arbor, I'm usually only willing to drive 40 minutes one way to games.

I doubt you would get 70 people twice month, but I may be wrong.
With that said, if this does happen and you have an event(s) in March I would probably be happy to attend.

There is no way your going to put 70 ppl in a 3,600 sq foot building... You might as well stand us up civil war style and just do it like that. You could get 15 ppl max comfordable maybe... You need something in the tens of thousands of square foot range. If you want a 4,000 sq foot area ok... our sponser owns a building that size.

Ya I'm not sure this is going to work out, unless you advertise, have loaner guns, and make it like a lazer tag, theres no way in hell your going to make your payment.

If you want something decent, look for something thats like 15,000 to 20,000 sqaure feet and then maybe you could get like 25 people and have a decent game. But in reality the only way you could get enoghu people is to have something thats like 75,000 sq feet. then lease it for a month and have 2 ops, one like teh first day and one the last or maybe have 3. Ps, if you need loaners, I can talk to my sponser about it. Pm me if you want more info.

Are there no abandoned warehouses in or around Detroit that can be rented out? I bet that the people who own them would gladly get $1000 to let some people use it for a weekend.
