You may be right about Detroit. I don't mind it but some people might but that's also why I mentioned "around" Detroit. I'm pretty sure there are warehouses downriver or anywhere really.

if you need loaners let me know MOA has more than enough loaner guns and they are all good to go along with, bb's and green gas and other needed items.

ARC i don't think alot of people are willing to play in detroit. Well maybe some of you are not me. This one in fenton sounds pretty cool. What about on the edge of Detroit. I found a hotel, 7 floors with fenced parking, it's for sale by owner so I'm sure I could strike a deal. I pass it on my way to school, it's on 6 mile about 2 miles from 75, you can see 75 from the building. It's like 6 and Woodward You may be right about Detroit. I don't mind it but some people might but that's also why I mentioned "around" Detroit. I'm pretty sure there are warehouses downriver or anywhere really. The problem with warehouses is they are completely empty, so I have to hall in all the prop's. Not to mention I have to deal with a huge leasing corporation to get the permit. For sale by owner will be the easiest.

Ok, my real estate agent called me, look's like a change in venue but my hopes are up. On M-59/ Hall road in Utica there is a old Media Play that has been closed down for a while he got ahold of the leasing company and is working a deal out right now to get us in there. If we score this place we're going to need props or other junk to fill the place I drove by it and its completely empty. Everyone still a go if they have to bring some junk?
OP DOC if your out there, do you think we could get some help with a waiver when it comes time to it?

I don't really have anything to bring, but if I can, I will definitely come.

I'll give you 50 bucks in advance to do this. But I really wanna, so count me in. I'll do anything, bring props, pay extra, help with setting up. I really wanna do an op in a store. Keep in mind that I'm 13 though.

Did you bother to read the entire thread..... We can't lease out a vacant farmer jack... and the only thing thats come up so far is a 4,000 sq foot building. I doubt this is going to happen.

You didnt read the whole thread, like 3 posts up. We're getting a Media Play. My nieghbor is a realtor and hey got this for us, the owner's are concerned about possible damage so I'm going to bring a few people to some OP so they can get an idea of the sport.

ok... you never said that that was actually going to be the place, all you've said so far is we might be able to get this. But if their worried about damage they shouldn't be unless the places is drywalled.

I spent a half hour reading the thread, and it seemed you still might lease a store. Sorry.

Theres always a chance, but I doubt it'll be farmer jack size. I was looking at buildings and the average price per square foot for a warehouse was like anywhere from 20-50 bucks. So just for one day your talkin thousands of dollars for a farmer jack size places. In other words you'd need like 200 people to like break even.
