Operation Restore Order
The year is 2012 and it has only been a year since a large scale terrorist attack was carried out with extreme precision in various location around the US. In the aftermath, DC was left in ruins and the President and Vice president were killed along with other officials. The government is in a downward spiral as different groups in the government and elsewhere try to take control for their own. Their is a group in the Midwest states called the brethren, who are doing a very good job on locking down the region. They are based out of Minnesota and Wisconsin, but have recently join forces with the Michigan militia. Together they are now trying to invade Ohio due to finding out the governor has a very large cash of weapons. The weapons cash rang from stinger missiles to surface to air missiles. Before the brethren join forces with the Michigan militia the governor of Ohio was able to keep control over the land and has defended his borders with ease. Intel shows that the brethren is going make a play for the cash of weapons; so governor Strickland is sending in a ranger unit in to secure the weapons and retake the area.

Ammunition and FPS Regulations:
No more than 2 high caps
Unlimited Mid and standard mags
- 400 FPS limit
SAW's and Support Weapons (putting a box mag on a M4 is not a support weapon)
- 400 FPS limit

- 550 FPS limit bolt action and FA fully disabled

Engagement Limits for all Weapons
When shooting inside the building 350 is the max FPS. Any saw or support gun that only has full auto cannot shoot inside. You can how ever shoot your gun out side from one of the doors or window with no restrictions other then your MED
1.0 - 350 fps - Arms length engagement limit
351 - 400 fps - 20 foot engagement limit
400 - 550 fps - 50 foot engagement limit, bolt action or permanent* Semi-auto replicas only.
Grenades: Any grenades will be aloud that is including smoke and small nerf rocket footballs too. When thrown outside there will be a ten-foot limit from where the grenade goes off if propelling BB’s or where it stops if using smoke grenades. If thrown inside a room anyone in that room is dead. (There will be no grenades thrown over handed only under hand throwing is aloud.)
Medic Rules: Depending on how big squads are there will be one to two medics per squad. You can move any wounded player by having one hand holding the wounded player. Only one wounded person can me moved by any non-wounded person. When hit for a first time you must take out your red kill rag and put on head. Wounded players can only yell or radio for medics no telling where they got hit from or if any enemy is near by. Once the medic gets to you he will tie a yellow arm ban (yellow arm bans will be supplied at beginning of game to every player) around your arm. When hit again you will be dead and will not be able to talk at all. When dead put your red kill rag on your head and walk back to your sides respond and remove your yellow arm ban and then you can make your way back to your squad. If the team medic gets hit you can do one of two things. 1) Move the medic and meet up with another squad and have their medic heal your squads medic. 2) Have the whole team head back to the respond point and any wounded may take their arm bans off then too.
Parlay: If anyone gets too close for the MED parlay will come into play. By saying parlay it gives both people the chance to retreat to a safe distance and take cover before engaging again.
Bang Bang Kills: Bang bang is the safe way of telling someone they are dead without shooting them. Use this when MED is too close and/or the other person does not see you. Do not run into a room and yell bang bang when there is more then two people in that room.
