A tiff is a print file and retains the origional resolution. A jpeg automatically converts the reoultion to web standard- 72 dpi i think. Anyway all you need to do is to take the photoshop file crop it then save it as a jpeg.  - personally though i think that logo is to reminesse of "christmas" and a "happy" winter wonderland type mood. But, whatever. I'm not going to spend long hours on this stuff when all it gets is shot down. So you guys can do what you want with the logo thing or whatever. - makes no difference to me really ;D one more note: The promblem with doing logos and identies in photoshop is raster images can not be blown up and retain the origional resolution. However, vector images can be blown up from 1 in to 100 ft. Ususally logos and identies need to be used on many different things in many diff sizes. There for, it is almost of the up most importance it be done as a vector. |

no.... its totally cool you didn't offend me at all. ;D I love doing this type of stuff. non of the coments offended me actually (hard to get offended when all you get is 95-100% on computer assignments in college) . I take it all as just critism and try to use it for the better in future creations.... if not for airsoft then in general for college assignments and my career. so its all good. no matter how good you are at something you can allways become better..... and thats what i try to accomplish with every comment/critique and project. However, with so may differing opinions here its hard to make everyone happy. There for, i just think its better to leave it up to someone with the time to make a number of corrections till all are satisifed. Personally i think the identy would be more of a success if it were done by somone with not only software knowledge but, desgn knowledge as well. Since, i am one of the only people here with that full understanding i thought it would be for the teams best interest i create it. but....as i said its not that big of a deal so w/e. I'm here to play airsoft (hopefully), ha! so w/e |

Im going to be honest. I liked punishers logo best. HOWEVER, I thnk that the 'we are the eleite" should be replaced with an Armalite of some sort, as Irish Jig suggested. Just my opnion, like it or leave it |

That image in the back of Todd's (Infamous1) logo, is clearly todd... he has small glasses like that and the shape of the face seems to be his silhouette, me thinks hes trying to make a cameo
I think a good logo would just be the complete side view of a shadowy face, holding a colt .45 with a smoking barrel pointed toward the cieling, with the face's nose near the ejection port
then add SEMIA and words cleverly where needed

one more then i done..... i think some people are confused though. This is suppose to be for a identity logo.... not a banner or anything. Something that if needed to be can be reproduced on say a t-shirt, hat, patch etc.... with ease after creation. Basically said..... your suppose to see the logo a visual sensation should be created by a figure, ect to portray use. ex. the nike identity, converse, ect..... - my origional intent was not a banner..... but a IDENTITY logo. |

 - simple color sheme (easy reproduction) - vector format Represents airsoft without the use of guns.... to clitsque and "childish" for my taste. the star is a vector tracing of the army logo. www.goarmy.com- its NOT a photoshop cutout.... i just used the photo for reference purposes. The top of the logo is a person wearing protective googles..... to show the importance of safety overall else. One type face has been used. However to better unify the identity i went through a connected certain type i felt would better the logo and left some unbroken. - the type face is gunsey20 The colors used are representive of the army. They are the EXACT colors used from the army logo. - the identity would be everything minus the text.... so the star and googles on the S |
