Identity logo/banner

I like the last logo thant inFamous posted for many of the same reasons that he stated. Simple colors and shapes, vector format, looks good. I also think it's important that we don't have any pictures of guns or depictions of guns on our logo. I think it would look better to have guns, personnally, but I am more concerned about what uninformed people would think of our logo. As exemplified by the media in america, people can and will form total opinions based on as little as one sentence, or one image. Because of this, I think it's important to have more of a "neutral" logo so some soccer mom(yes im stereotyping) doesn't look at our logo and go "oh my god, they're a bunch of delinquint, pot smoking, violence obsessed hooligans pretending to kill each other".

here's another one more remeneese of a "delta" type feel or something more serious.



i was thinking about perhaps using this one for semiauto or something instead. I like how it has a more "serious" soildier type mood to it.

i personally like the one that they wanted to use for semiauto, but if that one is for semiauto then i think the other one, like he said is a little to mudvayne/slayer/slipknot for me, just my opinion, and like mitch, or whoever said, a symbol can put a bad first impression on people, are letters dripping in blood the kind of image we want to give ourselves when getting forms signed to use land?? soccer moms wouldnt approve of that very much lol

the text is actually 3 layers, if i remove one of the layers, i dont think it willl look like its dripping blood

nothing too cool, i know you guys prolly wont like it because its not your gun but if someone can take that and get pic of everyones gun and make a collage with everyones gun and add them in it could be cool

your typography needs to adjusted... perhaps something i can read.

Also stretching text is a VERY amatur technique. Unless you reallighn the tracking and kerning after doing so.

Also that is not a logo.... its like a poster. Try fitting that on 2 in x 3 in square and tell me what you see. Logo's are easy to read and clear and decisive.

Gastapo your logo has not identity or anything. It is just F**king text thron through a damn filter and warper. Which you never do you in the real world anyhow.
