...........ive still been looking for places, but it seems like livonia is REALLY against violence. just my 2 cents. How have you been presenting us to people Sean? We cant really hide the fact that were going to be playing Mil-Sim games, i mean, thats what this hobby is! If we can point out that our efforts are to bing A safe and controlled environment to all airsofters, bringing it out of public parks and city streets. Another point is that we are working on a partnership with Sim-Trainer to train the local Police Departments in CQB tactics, as well as give them a place to practice.

I was actually thinking of some condensed mock ups of houses, an office building with cubicles, maybe even a 7-11 to get robbed try to give it an urban feel, if we have enough space

That'd be -really- cool duper. I think if we do ever get a building, that shit might help us the most.

maybe jeff (i think thats his name) that own the shoothouse could call some people for us, and tell them our situation....just an idea I don't think we will be denied a lease because of what we want to use it for, its just difficult to find a place that would work for us. Ive seen a few places, but about 1/4 of it is offices and a showroom, leaving only 9,000 to 10,000 square. The whole shoot-house is 14,000 square. the other issue is start-up money. 20k square * $3 per = 60,000 a year / 12 = $5,000 each month. I think that 15k Square at 2.50 a square per year would be best. If demand grows, so can our facility

The government is usually stupid enough to give people money for this shit. Just make it sound important.

For the conservation of Airsofters to be put in a their originated environment for the preservation of plastic. That sounds good enough for government funding, right? Think of it, if we got the CQB facility, imagine all of the BBs. I think ACO did something like this, or maybe I am just remember something else, that they swept up all the BBs, and melted them down, and sold them to a plastic company (21ca?) and they made BBs out of that. I am not sure, but Iremember something like that.....or something.....or maybe I just made it up, dunno.
